As Sellers we were probably 9/10 as our degree of difficulty as we did not always agree with each other ! Simon had to manage this and he was successful . A key event happened during our renovation when he suggested changing the bedroom layout and removing a wall - the builder wasn’t convinced but it was a great suggestion and we believe helped us sell the property . After a 10 week Reno the property was on the market for 6 days and then a contact with a 14 day settlement - well done to the Renovation Team and well done Simon - we would recommend Simon as someone who knows the market and his patch and who is not afraid to contribute to the process - we felt he had skin in the game and was on our side .
