We found Tim from Place very easy to work with when we were selling our house in Bardon. He was always pleasant and kept us well informed about how our open houses went each weekend. I believe that he followed up with each person who came through the house. He didn't give up after just a couple of weeks and in the end secured a good price for our home. Sacha helped us sell during christmas while my wife was pregnant! Probably the worst time to sell. But she delivered a anyway! And we got a great price. The sell price was so high the buyers bank tried to reject it! A great communicator. She is highly approachable but a cunning negociator when she needs to be. Highly recomended!
