With an extremely tight deadline for purchase conditions and settlement due to over sea's travel this was the easiest and lowest stress I've ever had purchasing a property and the selling agent was largely to thank for this. Immediate communication, no pressure with negotiations and available at all times. Going into property buying its important to know that the agent first and foremost represents the vendor however, this shouldn't mean the buyer is treated any different and we certainly didn't experience that with this purchase. Gianni was ready to assist us during negotiations and was always on hand during contract period.
