David did an absolutely outstanding job of helping me prepare my house for sale and selling it. I live internationally but he was able to organise significant maintenance to the property, manage a burst hot water pipe two days before our first open, navigate covid lockdowns after the campaign opened, and still get a result that absolutely blew away my expectations. David and Renee were decisive about timeframes, price expectations and what things absolutely needed to be done to prepare for sale. The firm timeframes meant once I made the decision to sell, the whole process gathered momentum up until auction day. Renee was a great support and even managed to develop a lovely relationship with my escape artist beagle (took it all in her stride).
