Wonderful experience for my 'first home buyer' family

Amazing price, agent and team!

Helen Politis did an outstanding job on the sale of our property. Intros. Pre-market Helen call by to say Hello. We immediately liked her no fuss and no pressure attitude. We stayed in touch and when we decided to go to market we knew who we could trust with our most valuable asset. Helen didn't disappoint, even bringing us interest and a verbal offer pre-market. Preparing for market Helen left no stone un-turned in order to achieve us the maximum price available in the market, guiding us in the right direction on each decision but also leaving the decisions up to us. From sources multiple quotes from multiple trades, carpets, painting gardening/landscaper, to their onsite management, Helen displayed enviable project and contractor management skills. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves Helen really drove it all home and meet market day. I did not expect all this from an agent to be honest. The results and subsequent staging were phenomenal, achieving for us at least a 3-4 times multiplier in sales price increase for the investment on these works. Recommending and collaborating on open home strategies lead to a recipe for maximising sales price. Helen presented like a seasoned professional.
