Our property was vacant when we moved to Plan A property and, in a difficult rental market, Craig and Shelley (aka the dream team) were able to lease it with minimal fuss. They managed everything so seamlessly and treated our property as their own. Craig even volunteered to do small handyman tasks, which didn’t go unappreciated. Following this lease we decided to sell our property which also happened to be in an incredibly difficult market. Craig and Shelley managed the sale, styling and advertising wonderfully. Despite the worst-case scenarios in my head, the property sold (unlike others in the area) and we were thankful of Craig and Shelley’s candor and experience throughout this process. We were happy with the price and ecstatic that it was sold. Craig and Shelley are experienced agents, lovely people and we would engage them for any future property needs.

As soon as we signed up Shelley and Plan A, we had a renovation that needed to be done, and we were out of town. Shelley turned up almost every day to let the trades in and was very flexible. Once the renovation was complete, they found a tenant and handle them with care and honesty. We then had to sell our apartment, and Shelley was again great - as a business they had a unique selling plan, found a buyer and guided us with their knowledge and experience to the sale. Always happy to chat, super fast response either by phone or email.

From our very first interaction when Shelley took on the rental management of our property we knew we were in safe hands. We were an unusual case as we relocated overseas then came the challenges of the pandemic. At no time was there ever an issue that wasn't attended to straight away and always above & beyond her scope. When it came time to sell our place, it was an easy, and assured decision to go with Shelley, we had seen her in action and had absolute trust in her knowledge of the area, the market and the potential of our property.
