I recently rented out my apartment in Botany through Shelley Bays and coud not be more impressed with the service I recieved. First of all, Shelley offered to return early from her holiday break to do the open home to meet my tight timeline. Incredible! From there, Shelley made my life as easy as possible. I had been quite busy packing up and preparing to move abroad and Shelley took on as much as possible to alleviate my stress. When it came to selecting tenants, Shelley gave sound and industry informed recommendations, and bent over backwards to make everything fit together for all parties involved. I could not recommend Shelley more as a problem solver, people person, and surely the best leasing agent in Botany.
