•I'd been searching for a property for a few months before I finally made a purchase. And to be honest there were many times I felt disheartened and annoyed having spent money on building reports and solicitors’ fees without even getting so much as a look in at auction. It was soon after one of those times, that I felt like it wasn't worth it, that I inspected the property I eventually purchased through Arthur. I inspected the first weekend if was open but then didn't go back. But then Arthur called. I still don't quite know how, but Arthur convinced me to reconsider and bid. We chatted for about 20 minutes I think, mostly about the property and Stanmore, an area he knows quite about. He was convincing. But most of all I found him to be honest about the price expectations, and while I did pay a little above that price, it was well within the range of expectations and far more accurate than any other agent I had come across so far.
