Recently purchased a property through Oscar & it was the worst buying experience of my life! He is communicative until the point your Offer is unconditional, then once he has you locked in there’s little service or assistance of any kind. It’s clear he’s only interested in his commission & doesn’t value or appreciate his clients experience at all. I was handed over a property that was in a such a filthy state with numerous rubbish items left inside & outside. 2 tip trips, broken door handle, broken dishwasher & a light not working (which was about the only thing Oscar agreed to fix however he or his Principal hasn’t bothered to even respond or arrange an electrician to repair as keeping to his word isn’t his style!). Do yourself a favour & find another agent who will look after you!
