Fantastic agents!
We picked Oscar & Dee (ahead of an agent that we knew well) on the basis of their excellent knowledge of Ocean Reef...and we didn’t regret it! They listened to our requirements/concerns and advised us where necessary. They sold our house on the first home open and followed up with excellent communication through to the settlement date...thanks Oscar & Dee!

Efficient agent
Sandy went above and beyond to sell our house quickly over the busy festive season, as well as secured the purchase of our new property. She is a friendly agent who was willing to take the time to explain conditions and forms to give us peace of mind. She was very professional and efficient. I would use Sandy for future real estate needs and definately recommend her to family and friends.

Worst agent do not deal with her
We bought a house, told them all the things wrong right at the start. Pool fence was terrible but said it passed a year ago but also didn't get a certificate to say it passed. Pool was turned off after home inspection so algae everywhere. When we did an electrical inspection, they just got an electrician to disconnect power wherever it wasn't working. Instead of fixing problems they hide them from sellers. Wouldn't even trust them looking after a gold fish. They don't answer phone calls and will ignore them. As we tried to call them and got ignored then called off a different phone and got an answer straight away go figure.

Brilliant Agent
Dee is a great agent, prompt and efficient and really knows her stuff. We were able to purchase the home we wanted as she was honest and straightforward and negotiated with the seller and ourselves to get the deal sorted..good work, very impressed.

From the first time Dee arrived at my house to give me an estimate, I felt comfortable chatting with her. Sold the house within a couple of weeks because she amended the price downwards when there was no interest. She negotiated on her fees when I got less than I'd hoped for, which is all you can ask really. Thanks for a great job Dee (and Adam)!
