I'm so happy to write this review as 5 stars aren't enough ! From the moment Sandy entered our property and we began discussion around the sale , my husband and I knew we had found the right agent. Sandy had knowledge that exceeded other professionals we had contacted , she conducted each step of the sake flawlessly with an attention to detail that surpassed our expectations. Team Peacock stepped in when another agent had failed to generate interest, and when we, as sellers were frustrated and disappointed. They were able to rebuild trust, find a buyer, and sell the property for us though a level of active involvement, persistent rather than aggressive marketing, and overall presence. As well as this, they truly went above and beyond in looking after us when we were disillusioned with the process and doubtful re industry ethics, reminding us that we are in control, working for us as we needed (rather than as was convenient for them) and overall acting in our interests (including reminding us to consider what is right for us). This all led to a positive experience and it never felt like they were just looking to make their commission. Top marks in helping to recover a bad situation, and a personal thank you for all the support.

Yes I have no words to say that my house was sold beyond the price I expected while the real estate market was down in favour of the buyers. I chose Deidre because of her consistent performance through past sales, minimum listing period, fair commission and my wife's experience with platinum. After having our Ocean Reef home on the market for 3 months with another agency, we decided to switch to Oscar and Dee due to their local knowledge and base and because we had confidence they could secure a sale for us. What we didn’t expect was that after just one home open and less than two weeks on the market with them we would have sold to a cash buyer for a price very close to what we had hoped to achieve. This is remarkable in the current market and was down to Oscar’s negotiation skills; talking the prospective buyers up to a figure we would consider. With Dee’s marketing background, which shone through in her work on the advertisement to sell our house, they are a winning combination. On a personal note we found Oscar and Dee to be genuine, trustworthy and easy to get to know. Their professional communication is excellent.
