We enlisted the help of Lyndon from Plum Property to sell our property in Kenmore. The property had its challenges - being an old property and on the main road - which was known to us. As we checked with multiple different agents, we found many to be bullish about the expectations, while Plum was spot on the target - knowing the area well. Lyndon ensured that he take us through the process, and never rushed us - knowing just when to give us the space to discuss and think over the options. His communication was clear, and not pushy - which many agents can be. We were selling the property as we moved to UK, and with all the stresses of relocating between countries, Lyndon ensured that the task of selling the property does not in anyway get in to our path of relocation stresses. This was very useful, and for us Lyndon was like a mate who helped where he could - be it organizing and managing the small repair works that go on around the house to make a place set up for a sale, or also the multitude of documentation. We will happily use Lyndon and his network when we return to Brisbane in the future, and would definitely recommend him to any one who's in two minds in Kenmore.

Vern was acting for the seller and we were looking at houses. He was very clear in communicating and transparent (which doesn’t always happen). Ensured a deal was done in a tight timeframe and we got there with acceptable terms. Even organised champagne at the house with both sides to celebrate and help ensure purchase of extra household items outside of his scope.
