Vern was wonderfully profesional, patient and understanding. No question was too silly or difficult and no time was inconvenient. He was always there when we needed advice. Sometimes, I think he’s glued to his phone 😊. He was also very transparent and thorough and was very clear with everything regarding the property. He took time to know us, and to find out what suited our family. We felt that when he took us through the whole process, he too had imagined us living in the house. He made us so comfortable and provided us with such assurance that we felt we were going through this process with a trusted friend. We really appreciated his warmth and friendliness through the whole process too. When he knew my boys would love a Westie puppy as a pet, he made sure that his Westie came along to meet them and with his help and recommendation, we’ll be welcoming a Westie boy in August. These added touches have made our experience of buying a home so beautiful and memorable.
