I never actually met Claire during the entire process. I was overseas much of the time and she kept me informed by email with regular updates. In the end we came very, very close to the asking price which had been set at the higher end of expectations. Claire priced the property at higher levels than other agents and was able to deliver to within a whisker of that and well above the others. $40,000 better off, than if I had use some of the local big names
