As middle aged first home buyers, working with Claire has been a godsend. From the outset at the Open House were were all very impressed with Claire's approachability, lack of 'pushyness" and attention to detail. The fact that Claire was an independent real estate agent and wasn't a part of a large chain, attracted us to wanting Claire to be our realestate agent as we felt personally valued by her. I never actually met Claire during the entire process. I was overseas much of the time and she kept me informed by email with regular updates. In the end we came very, very close to the asking price which had been set at the higher end of expectations. Claire priced the property at higher levels than other agents and was able to deliver to within a whisker of that and well above the others. $40,000 better off, than if I had use some of the local big names
