Instead he kept working on me to get the seller the best price. Increment by increment he kept the offer alive and my offer going up, up, up until a deal was struck. I met Nick Mitchell through a letterbox drop they were doing personally in Wattle Grove where I lived. Initially impressed by his friendly and non-pushy approach, it would be a couple of years until I decided to sell my Wattle Grove property. The sales results for Nick and his brother Alex, who work as a team, were impressive and verifiable and my wife and I decided to appoint them as our agents to sell what had become an investment property for us. Their task was not straightforward as we had a tenant in the property on a fixed term lease and this complicates the running of house opens and general access to the property. And yet through a process which only took a couple of months which required ongoing liaison with the tenant, Nick and Alex were able to realise an acceptable sale for us with a degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and determination.
