Very pleasing result.
Nick and Alex were very good from start to finish.Their communication was excellent and they achieved an excellent result given the overall tough market conditions. Would not hesitate to recommend their services to anybody considering marketing their property.

Hasi and his team (Darren and Joanne) are exceptional! They did a fantastic job with helping me sell my house. Hasi is very knowledgeable with the current market trends for the 6107 area but most of all, he is a great communicator which is important for all parties involved. I've met a few other local agents and none of them seem to have the high level of professionalism and authenticity that Hasi has demonstrated from right from the beginning. Highly recommend.

Great experience, what more can I say!
Raveen, Darren and the team Spicy are an excellent team of agents, I not at all regret my decision of going ahead with them to sell my property at Gosnells! Their professionalism and experience in the field brings a lot to the table, also their weekly house opens brought a lot of interest from buyers to our property. Attentive Agent
Raveen from Porter Matthews Metro 'Spicy Team' showed great local knowledge and experience of the real estate market, enabling us to find a buyer for our home of 27 years. Nothing was too difficult and always cheerful and optimistic, he always kept in touch and updated in the later stages of the sale.

Pretty good
Hasi was good. He kept us informed about the seller's intentions. But also helped communicate with both parties to get a price that suited both of us! Bit of communication needed from the office but in the we got the result we desired and are happy with our new purchase. Hasi even followed up on our garage remotes. Thank you Hasi
