After interviewing a few agents, I thought we'd never find the right one...almost accepting to settle with the best of the worst we found Alex! I knew as soon as he shook my hand that he was the one for the job, and ours wasn't an easy one with Alex having to be the middle man (and sometimes negotiator) between myself and my ex. He treated us both equally without judgement or taking sides. I felt confident in knowing that Alex had the situation under control. He was confident, professional, friendly and never pushy. I don't think we would have found a more willing, perfect fit in an agent to sell our home. I have already recommended him to everyone I know. Oh...if there was one downfall...I never got that bottle of wine I was promised after the sale. Luckily Alex is forgiven, only because he made what was one of the hardest times in my life a whole lot easier.
