Whether the market is in favour or not. I have chosen Raveen and it turned out in my favour. Not just buying, selling, renting. Any dramas related to property i.e. bad tenants, bullying etc.. he did walk me through the precautions and things to be done.. of course advise was always free of cause. I had three realestate agents come to our house for an appraisal of the sale of our house. We ended up choosing Nick Mitchell from Porter and Matthews. We chose Nick because he was personable on our first meeting he sat with us and chatted. It was one of the reasons we chose him as he made us feel at ease like he was a friend and we could trust him. Our house was on the market for 3 days and sold after the first home open. Nick worked hard to get us a good deal and was quick with getting the paperwork in for processing. He has been helpful through the whole process and is quick to get back to you with any queries we've had. My wife and I would highly recommend him.

Hasi and his team has all what you need if you are interested to buy big block of land in a reasonable, affordable area. I am not saying that other real estate agents does not have what HASI and his team have but I am cementing the fact that what they have others don't have - The honesty, skill and timely and flexibility in handling the customer was out standing. Hasi and team has shown us they are part of our family. They took our objective i.e. buying our first home as they own target and they did what was needed to make it happen.
