I found Kristie excellent to work with. I listened to her advice in selling my home, how to furnish, what to fix and my home was sold on it''s first opening. Kristie was also very good with communication and keeping me updated with everything that was happening with the sale. Kristie gave a realistic price for the house, not one which would have my home sitting on the market for ages! I couldn't recommend Kristie enough.

In a not so good market we were worried we wouldn't be able to sell our home for what we thought we would get 12 months ago! We signed with Kristie because of her positive, can do energy. We had a number of home opens with no shows and each week Kristie kept us positive. She was realistic and so when we got an offer she got it across the line!
