For sellers - Kristie indirectly urged me to undercut my initial offer without any prompting from me. I purchased the house at a lower price than I had initially offered. For buyers - Kristy lacked: interpersonal skills, motivation, accountability and professionalism. Upon being advised she was potentially delaying my ability to conduct a building and pest inspection within the contractual timeline, she got emotional on the phone and nominated Ray as my new point of contact for the rest of the duration for this sale. I agreed. I found Ray quite unprofessional too - I note that he would consistently and rudely interrupt me during conversations. He also attended the final inspection 15mins late for the time he had chosen to reschedule to, wearing a t-shirt, shorts and thongs. To conclude - For those seeking to purchase a house from Kristy or Ray - based on my personal experiences, I suggest you may want to reconsider or be prepared for a difficult purchasing experience. I genuinely hope my experience was an outlier.
