This is a shout-out to Samantha Bedford from Position property. Sam has been very helpful in finding and securing a rental for us. Due to a family emergency we were going through a difficult time, which just added to the stress of searching, inspecting and securing a rental. Sam went above and beyond in making all the arrangements, adjusting all entry/exit dates in rental contracts and helping us move into a new rental. When Sam says, "Leave it with me and I will get back to you", rest assured, she will come back with a positive result. My wife and I would highly recommend Sam for any property/rental services.

Nicholas Petrie and his Team at Position Property have managed our Investment Property in Chermside since 2009. The Property has never been Vacant, and we have always had quality Tenants. Regular Inspections are done with reports sent to us, and all Maintenance issues are arranged to be addressed on our behalf, after a quick email or phone call. We live Interstate and the guys do a great job with Communication and any problems are resolved quickly. Financial Statements sent monthly and Yearly Summary’s. They do make things easy. Our Property was recently re Leased with Rent that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Position Property high enough.

I found Erica an excellent and most helpful managing agent, since she has being caring for my property for a little over 12 months. She had to negotiate with demanding and sometimes mischievous tenants; situations which she skilfully negotiated. She arranged an inspection very quickly when I travelled from interstate, as I decided to refurbish the apartment to re-let. Throughout this process she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to arrange for tradespeople and to appropriately visit making sure all work was carried out in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an excellent manager. And her Company were very helpful with me over the 20 odd years during which I have been dealing with them Thank you all.
