The sale team led by Brad Munro is excellent and very professional in property sale. I contacted Brad in March 2024 for selling my property in 50 Duncan Street, West End, Brisbane. Their team gave me very quick responses and provided sales information, marketing analysis, range of market prices, solicitor, discharging home loan etc. After the tenant left my property in late March 2024, Brad's team assisted me to do sale styling work within a week. Then put my property to the market immediately. Only spent one-day viewing to confirm the sale with the buyer in early April 2024.
