I first engaged with Brad 3 or 4 years prior to selling out investment propoerty in West End. It was alwasy our strategy to sell at some point and I would speak with Brad a min. every 6 or so months. Even then he was alaways available for a chat, followed up and provided great market intel to help us make our decision. When the time did come, this level of service was provide by Brad and the team more broadly. We had a challenging sale process with the first buyer not completing however Brad and his team secured a sale in the within a week.
