Essentially Brad was one of the key factors that made me decide to sell my apartment in Sky Needle, South Brisbane. I came to know of Brad through receiving Position Property flyers and reading up that he is the top agent for the Sky Needle building. I was indifferent to listing my property for sale at first but his patience and attentiveness to my queries regarding the sale process helped make the decision to sell much smoother. Throughout the sales process, Brad was very adaptive to making the process convenient for me given my work schedule. Brad also communicates around the clock which is important when you are closing a deal. Price expectation and market response don't always meet but Brad have shown adaptability and willingness to push for the best price which I am appreciative of.
