I'm 10 days from exchange, and currently very impressed with Position Property. (I hope this review will last to get me over the line). As soon as I met Brad, it was evident that he was a trustworthy professional with years of experience and had the attention to detail to answer my plethora of exhausting questions during the initial viewing. He could immediately assess I was a serious buyer and I can genuinely say that I enjoyed the banter and more importantly the precise detail of understanding my questions in buying a prospective property. Next was the smooth transition in handover to Mitch McNamee, to guide me through the bidding process as a novice first time buyer in Australia. Mitch had been remarkable. None of the cliche, bad intent money grabbing RE agent; but a super friendly, 'im on your side also as a buyer'. It's refreshing to find good guys exist and that they genuinely understand your stresses as a buyer.
