Peter was fantastic. We live in NSW and our property was in Brisbane, he handled the sale for us very professionally. He had a great knowledge of the area and he knew our building very well, having sold a number of properties in there. He answered many questions, was always available to be contacted and replied to our messages and emails quickly. He advised us regarding the marketing of our property and suggested ways to encourage prospective buyers on open days. After the first open house our property was sold 2 days later. We had multiple offers and he went through each one with us. We highly recommend Peter if you are considering selling or buying.

Great sales experience
Peter took over the sale of my unit in Kelvin Grove and rapidly restored my confidence in both Position Property and the options available to optimise sale opportunities. Three weeks later my unit was under contract for the price I was hoping for and proceeded through to settlement with no problems. Honest advice, great result
