Given the difficult times we went through with Covid 19 and lockdowns Brad and his team came up with the results. Peter was fantastic. We live in NSW and our property was in Brisbane, he handled the sale for us very professionally. He had a great knowledge of the area and he knew our building very well, having sold a number of properties in there. He answered many questions, was always available to be contacted and replied to our messages and emails quickly. He advised us regarding the marketing of our property and suggested ways to encourage prospective buyers on open days. After the first open house our property was sold 2 days later.
