Upon selling our apartment, we originally engaged the services of another well known real estate firm in West End as we had got to know a couple of the salesmen whilst previously inspecting other properties. We are very disappointed with their sales technique & the very low offers they expected us to accept. Once our contract was over with this firm, we rang Brad & were immediately impressed by his friendly manner & the way he would market our property. We also liked that he wasn't dressed like a glorified undertaker, unlike the other people we dealt with. Within a few weeks of signing up with Position Property, we had a very acceptable offer & our apartment was sold.
