From the outset, we'd set Brad and his team a formidable challenge; to market our property for sale in November with a 4 week campaign lead-up just before Christmas, and a tight deadline for us requiring a contract signed & settled so as not to lose the contract on our new home. Brad gave us outstanding strategic advice around our campaign and market expectations. He was professional at every turn, and his knowledge of the surrounding Ashgrove market in terms of sale history, comparative data and potential buyers was second to none. When push came to shove with offers coming in, Brad, Lauren, Mitch and team handled the situation with aplomb - ensuring communication with all parties was clear, respectful, consistent, honest, and they worked tirelessly to ensure our house was sold to the tight deadline we required. Importantly, we achieved the price we wanted and felt deserved, and everything was taken care of for us with ease right up until settlement. Brad was even helpful with being able to recommend a local tradesman and a conveyancing Solicitor who were both fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice of Sales Agent in Brad and the Position Property team.

Brad headed up a very professional, knowledgeable and personal Team. As well as Brad, I had dealings with Mitch at the coal face and Heather behind the scenes keeping everything on track. Brad gave me confidence from the outset, not trying to pitch above the market rather being very honest and realistic in what the Market would bear at the time. What impressed me was not only Brad’s negotiating skills but regular updates on inspection results, buyer discussions and suggestions going forward. Due to no fault on our part an impending exchange fell over and ‘Team Mitch’ stepped up. He diligently canvassed clients that had shown even a remote interest in the property during the campaign. His efforts were rewarded with a buyer secured within less than a week. Did I mention that this was over the Christmas period, when most other agents take a ‘well earned break.’ I am fortunate that the Team at Position Property did not. The Sale has now been concluded and despite a few hiccups along the way, it was a handled professionally, efficiently and effectively. My sincerest thanks and gratitude to the Team at Position Property.
