We recently sold a property through Position Property in Chermside working with Peter Robertson and Melea Black-Sinclair. The customer service is exceptional, with response time to queries almost immediate. Peter and Melea are both very professional and give regular updates during the advertising process. Once the property is sold both Peter and Melea go above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition right up to settlement day. I highly recommend Peter, Melea and Position Property Chermside.

For the second time this year, Brad has demonstrated his superior knowledge of the real estate market. His advice on when to sell was spot-on. The first open house was very well attended and my property was sold at the price Brad had predicted a month earlier. No need for a second open house.
