Nicholas Petrie and his Team at Position Property have managed our Investment Property in Chermside since 2009. The Property has never been Vacant, and we have always had quality Tenants. Regular Inspections are done with reports sent to us, and all Maintenance issues are arranged to be addressed on our behalf, after a quick email or phone call. We live Interstate and the guys do a great job with Communication and any problems are resolved quickly. Financial Statements sent monthly and Yearly Summary’s. They do make things easy. Our Property was recently re Leased with Rent that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Position Property high enough.

I found Erica an excellent and most helpful managing agent, since she has being caring for my property for a little over 12 months. She had to negotiate with demanding and sometimes mischievous tenants; situations which she skilfully negotiated. She arranged an inspection very quickly when I travelled from interstate, as I decided to refurbish the apartment to re-let.
