In the highly competitive real estate industry, crowded with too-pushy salesmen (yes, it's usually the fellars) it's refreshing to do business with a guy like Brad. He not only helped sell our apartment, achieving our asking price, he facilitated the purchase of our new apartment too. We checked out the competition before talking to Brad. Those guys are waaay too aggressive! The usual tricks, value high and sell quickly and cheaply, usually via auction. Brad sells more apartments in West End because he knows the market best and maintains a long term focus instead of pushing for short-term results. We couldn't fault his sound advice and, at the end of the day, he always seems to deliver. We especially appreciated his openness, honestly and gentlemanly approach. He certainly earned our respect.
