I bought off Brad 7 years ago and recently when I sold I went straight back to him without looking at any other agent or company. He is friendly, personable and very professional. He made the whole process easy and worked hard for the sale by going that extra mile. When I sold, unfortunately I didn't get the price we expected to settle on/around, however, this was due to a severe slump in the market at the time of sale. This being said, my property was the only 1 bedroom apartment to sell in that area in over 6 months with fierce competition. Therefore, it was still a great result and Brad had a lot to do with this outcome. I had a great experience with him (both in buying and selling) and highly recommend him as a 5* agent.
