Buying from Nathan
Nathan provided very good knowledge about the property and the surrounding area which helped in the decision to purchase the property. Nathan was very efficient in getting the offer to the vendor and a very timely response. Very happy with his efficient service and assistance with other contacts that made the buying process much easier.

Amazing Agent
We hired Nathan after discussing our sale with a few other agents. One had previously been appointed and we received no positive feedback or offers after many months on the market. When we engaged with Nathan he provided us with many suggestions on improvements to increase our saleability. This was seen by prospective buyers that saw our property with the previous agent. We were delighted to receive 2 contracts to consider at our first open house! Nathan was a delight to work with and worked hard for us for a great price.

Nathan is very easy to talk to and goes out of his way to make it easy for everyone.
Nathan looked after us very well and even after we bought the house he made himself available for any other questions we had. He is very easy to communicate with and seemed to have everyone’s interests at heart which would be quite hard I would imagine as a real estate agent. We would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house.

Terrific Agent.
We were very happy with Nathan and would recommend him wholeheartedly. He’s well dressed and presented and has a good knowledge of the business. It took a while to find the right buyer for our acreage but Nathan didn’t lose interest and was constantly trying new sales tactics to attract them. He is a lovely person who acted honourably throughout, by diligently following up all enquiries and constantly giving us feedback. He always made himself available for calls and rang back asap if unavailable at the time. Do yourself a favour and use this agent to buy or sell.

The experience we had with Nathan was great.
Nathan was upfront with what he thought we would get price wise for the property. He was always contactable, and keep us in the loop with any enquiries he had from potential buyers. He has great knowledge of the area and is open to sellers ideas. He also recommended we get the house staged, which I have no doubt helped get us the sale price we were after.
