Nathan suggested what seemed like a sensible strategy to show the house and arranged advertising and open house days which did produce potential buyers. Nathan liaised regularly with updates so we were kept aware of what was going on and how negotiations were progressing. The end result was a smooth sale, and for Moore Park, a quick one. Regarding our search for a new property, Nathan kept bringing suggestions for us to consider.
