Settlement date was moved twice because the vendor was "having a meltdown" and Melissa guilted me into agreeing to a bizarre arrangement to support the vendor. Melissa encouraged me to conduct the final inspection post settlement, and when we arrived the place was filthy with a newly broken window. Wildly unprofessional, a headache from start to finish, would not work with her again.

From my first meeting with him, honest feedback after open house, logical but also involved negotiation and a great sale price. I never got the impression I was just another sale but had a partner throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Adam highly enough and can only suggest you at least meet with him before committing to anyone else in the Orange area. 10/10 !
