He was also very polite, honest and knew when to push things through or provide the time and space to organise things when required. Settlement date was moved twice because the vendor was "having a meltdown" and Melissa guilted me into agreeing to a bizarre arrangement to support the vendor. Melissa encouraged me to conduct the final inspection post settlement, and when we arrived the place was filthy with a newly broken window. Wildly unprofessional, a headache from start to finish, would not work with her again.

In a world where estate agents generally don’t have a great reputation, Adam Savage is definitely one person that is completely against that trend. From my first meeting with him, honest feedback after open house, logical but also involved negotiation and a great sale price. I never got the impression I was just another sale but had a partner throughout the entire process.
