The fact our house sold 4 days after being listed is probably proof enough at how good Ghizlaine is in her role. Despite not achieving the top end of our range, we believe we got a really good price considering the time of year and that the RBA held rates just 3 days before we listed instead of cutting as the experts were expecting.
