Jan was presented with selling an up market house in the most difficult circumstances possible. Not only was she dealing with an ownership seperation, but also an already downturned market and then the restrictions as a result of Covid-19. I believe the marketing campaign that was put in place, as well as the glossy brochures that were organised by Jan, helped attract the large interest that was forthcoming. Any interested parties wishing to sell their property would gain great exposure by using Jan as their Selling Agent. Jan was very professional and punctual with her communication, information and advice when it came to difficult decisions. In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find an Agent that is as honest and hard working as Jan.
