She went over and above to assist me in organising all the professional and trade services required to sell our home. I happened to be overseas at the time the house was on the market and Denise did an incredible job at organising and managing all aspects, while keeping me up to date and stress free! Denise is trustworthy and reliable. Her price is reasonable and was almost half the other agents fees in the area. Denise is worth every cent.

Jan has now sold two of my houses and I highly recommend her if you are selling your property. Jan is in contact at all times and is upfront and honest. Having never met Jan face to face, I set her the challenge of selling my property on the basis of a long distance sales relationship. Living in Malaysia at the initial stage of the selling process and then relocating to the US for the later half of the process, clearly all our transactions and updates would have to be via internet. I set Jan a challenge in that the property had to be sold in a tight timeframe and with minimum input from myself. Jan achieved it all and met, indeed exceeded the selling deadline. Throughout Jan provided advice and regular updates to ensure that I was able to assess and meet the selling and identification process required for remote selling of property. An excellent experience and I would use Jan Holloway again in the future.
