We have bought and sold our properties through Jasón over the last 10 years. You couldn’t bet a better agent, Jason always works in the best interest of the buyer and seller and his knowledge of the market is second to none. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Jason and the team at PPD.

Alexander Phillips not only exceeded our expectations on the sale of our property but also gave us sound and honest advice on what to expect through out the process. It was a hard decision to sell our home of 16 years and from preparation to post sale, we felt very looked after by both Alex and Vince.

I did some due diligence on suitable agents prior to the sale of our property and Sean was one of many recommended. After interviewing a number of other agents it was very evident Sean stood out, his knowledge, professionalism and integrity were obvious. From the start it was a team effort, great pictures taken, floor-plans and styling tips to appeal more to the market. After every inspection Sean gave us a detailed breakdown of all parties and he would then follow up with calls to gauge and keep their interest, followed by a detailed weekly written report. Once we got an offer, Sean engaged with our Conveyancing Lawyer, the buyers Lawyer and indeed the buyer himself to ensure everything went smooth. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sean as the no 1 Agent in the Eastern Suburbs.

Alexander was great to deal with. Always on time, following up, professional and informative. I would recommend him to others looking at selling high end properties around the Eastern Suburbs.

We recently sold our apartment in Coogee and we were delighted with Doreen’s approach. Having previously purchased from Doreen we knew she was fair, honest and a great negotiator - exactly who you want on your team to help with a significant transaction. Doreen has an innate skill of knowing her buyers, and her frequency and clarity of communication ensured we felt confident to be decisive when it mattered. On top of being a great agent Doreen is a genuinely interested and interesting person who I would never hesitate to recommend to family and friends alike. Thanks again Doreen!

Alexander and his team achieved a sale for our Bronte house under very challenging circumstances while Sydney was in COVID-19 lockdown. Alexander's commitment and professionalism was on display throughout and we think he achieved a great selling price.

This is the second Bondi property that we have sold with Jason's help. Jason responded to all communication promptly and efficiently. He is particularly knowledgeable about the Eastern Suburbs property market. He gave us good and realistic advice and achieved the sale of our property within a short time frame. Everything was handled very professionally.

Daniel was very professional and reliable with his response to our purchase of the property. He ensured we were well informed with the process providing concise information without beating around the bush. We were both wrapped with the result and could not have been more complimentary of Daniel's ability to adapt in an uncertain and unknown market place. We are thrilled to be the new owners of our new property.
