Tristan did a great job for us. He’s a good communicator, extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. He helped set up and coordinate a process to get the property ready for sale, provided good insight into the market and gave us confidence in making decisions about strategy and price. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after listing, the COVID-19 restrictions hit the market and a sale was starting to look unlikely. However, Tristan showed great resilience and pushed on in trying circumstances to somehow find a buyer and close a deal, without us having to compromise too much on price. We would definitely recommend Tristan and engage him again in the future.

We can not thank Daniel enough for his, and Siobhan’s, continuous help and guidance throughout our campaign in what was a very interesting time. We listed the week prior to the COVID lockdown and Daniel was nothing but calm, confident and caring through the entire 6 days we were live prior to sale. He remained level headed, agile and continually updated us on the progress of the ever changing events. We initially went with Daniel to sell our beloved apartment, as we knew he would get us a great result (and he did!). We had met Daniel several times at local open homes and his honest open approach was what drew us to him. The additional qualities that really came to light during our short campaign was his local knowledge (including flower arrangement!!), communication and strategy. Like most partnerships, Daniel is supported by Siobhan. Siobhan was always available to walk us through logistics and was invaluable in ensuring we had all the appropriate documentation and liaison with our solicitor and us constantly. We can not recommend PPD and Daniel enough. The care we received throughout our campaign was second to none but also the contact we have had post sale has also been really lovely and advice invaluable.
