We had bought a new house in early March thanks to Doreen’s impressive bidding skills at the auction, she then immediately sprang into action helping us place our unit on the market. We had one great open for inspection then a few days later the PM announced all the new Corona Virus restrictions; no public auctions, no open for inspections, etc.! Despite our extreme stress during this sale, Doreen kept us calm, she remained positive & did an amazing job selling our unit during the most extraordinary uncharted time for real estate. I met Sean 18 months ago while he was showing another property he was selling in a very similar block nearby. He struck me as very upfront, honest and extremely knowledgeable about properties in the local market. I also liked that he wasn't part of a huge big name agency group. I had intended to shop around but it felt right when he came to talk about selling my property, so I didn't look any further. Sean managed to turn what could have been a disaster into a pretty positive sales experience. He read the mood of potential buyers very well and only 4 days into the campaign, gave me all the information I needed to be able to instruct him to sell ASAP with increased isolation, distancing and potential lock-downs looming as COVID 19 became the only thing on everyone's minds.
