Charlie is proactive, professional, patient and the best part about Charlie is if you don't like one home he shows you he continuously keeps in touch and show's your properties until he finds you the right one. In our situation we for fortunate to find a fabulous house in Castlecrag through Charlie before it went to market. Doreen was exceptionally helpful and definitely the expert in her field. We had chosen a new conveyancer to sell our property who was pretty useless. From the very outset, Jason came across as knowledgeable, professional, at same time as low key - not too pushy! Leading up to my decision, his info/feed back was seemingly objective and not exaggerated. Once i pushed the button, his organisation sprung into action, and performed very professionally up till and after the sale/auction. Information flow was sufficient, and staff left a sense of me being in safe hands! The outcome with my property was an unconditional sale at a good price, so I am happy. The presale advice provided by Alex and his team on how to prepare and style the property I think was spot on and I followed it to the letter. I recall Alex said to me “spend the right money and you’ll get it back in the sale price” - he was right. They delivered the presale process in a thoroughly professional manner. Alex claimed the buyer would likely come from his data base of potential buyers and the fact that the property sold as it did after its 1st public opening says there was substance to this claim. Undoubtedly the underlying quality of the property and its location were key enablers, but so was the manner in which Alex leveraged potential buyers to close the transaction. I think it was the complementary skills of Alex and his team and the way they delivered for each other which helped to deliver the sale outcome, and I see this continuing through the post-sale process as well.
