Anthony and his team were professional, courteous and prompt to communicate during our dealings with them. They took the time to organise an additional inspection for us, always took or returned our calls and followed up on their promises. We met a lot of agents during our search, and not everyone was this helpful. Thanks also to the entire PPDRE team for the lovely housewarming gift!

We were confident in Alex's ability to sell our house because we knew how thorough and tactful he is with potential buyers from our own experience as potential buyers. He has an awareness of all the active buyers in the market and his follow up is amazing. We felt that he works so very hard that he deserves all the successes he has. He has a wonderful team around him and service providers, such as gardeners, painters and designers were made available so quickly because of their preference to do business with Alex and his amazing EA Pru. Couldn't have been happier.

Doreen was the best real estate agent I have worked with by far.
Doreen Wilson
Charlie provided exceptional service, market intelligence and worked above and beyond to introduce buyers to our property. The campaign was flawless thanks to the PPD model and we were delighted with the outcome. Couldn't recommend more highly!
Charlie Beaumont
Somehow got me across the line. Followed up fast and was very personable and trustworthy.

The unexpected departure of an outstanding tenant, a slowish rental market and the imminent end of the financial year brought about a sudden decision to sell my investment property. I had bought the property through Doreen Wilson and was very happy to appoint her as selling agent. Doreen was unfazed by my haste and particular requirements. It is rare to find depth of knowledge and experience combined with directness, energy, enthusiasm and a great sense of humour. Let's not forget great listening and negotiating skills. Needless to say we sold before auction and at a great price. Sandra Payn

Charlie is the absolute BEST agent! I'm not a fan at all of Real Estate agents if I'm completely honest. That is until I met Charlie Beaumont. Charlie is proactive, professional, patient and the best part about Charlie is if you don't like one home he shows you he continuously keeps in touch and show's your properties until he finds you the right one. In our situation we for fortunate to find a fabulous house in Castlecrag through Charlie before it went to market. So from my perspective Charlie is one of the "good guys" out there and I highly recommend him!

Doreen was exceptionally helpful and definitely the expert in her field. We had chosen a new conveyancer to sell our property who was pretty useless. Doreen helped immensely with getting us the best possible deal, much more so than our solicitor. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Doreen and will continue to sell our properties through her. I should add, her assistant Stephanie was also exceptionally professional and efficient.

We were looked after by Jason, Charlie and Jen and couldn't have asked for more. Professional, courteous, hard working and laser focused on getting us the result we wanted. Their skills complement each other and not once did we feel anything but fully informed, guided with skill and knowledge and completely supported. weekends, public holidays don't matter to the PPD team, they put us first. Wouldn't hesitate to unreservedly recommend that you engage them to market and sell your property.
