Chris made the process of us finding our dream property stress free , Chris was able to guide us through the process of purchasing to deposit to final inspection and settlement. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and checked in with us regularly. Couldn't ask for a better guy to do business with !! GREAT JOB CHRIS

Catharina is a lovely and attentive person who has great energy and evidently very good market knowledge. She took the time to learn all the details about the property we were purchasing, and was very quick to respond to any communications throughout the process. The only downside for me as a purchaser was the day that Catharina let me know that the vendor had accepted our offer, she then called up a few hours later to let me know that she had actually taken another offer on the house and we would need to increase our offer or lose the house - not a good experience as we were already celebrating - and this ended up costing us well over $5000.

Penny sold my property in Ballarat within 2 days of going on the market and got me a great price! Penny's advice, suggestions and guidance was pivotal throughout the process of preparing the property for sale and contributed in no small part to the outcome. Penny is great to deal with, having a down to earth approachable nature but at the same time ruthless in getting you a great outcome! I thoroughly recommend Penny to any seller in the market.

Richard was a pleasure to deal with. Although our property was not at the ‘high end’ of the market, we were always kept abreast of the activity and felt our best interests were paramount. The result was an efficient successful sale. Thank you.

As we were buying in the area for the first time we relied on our buyer's agent liaising with PRD. Penny was helpful to our agent in viewing the property we bought and assisted us with queries.
