Chris has been a great help not just with the Purchase, of my soon to be new home. But over & above with extra help in these trying times. He is prompt, professional and goes out of his way to assist. I haven't even met Chris face to face but couldn't praise his work & passion to getting the job done highly enough. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Penny was referred to me to sell our lovely property in Sebastopol. During the whole process, from start to finish, Penny listened and guided us with her market insight and knowledge. Her market knowledge was completely up to date with recent sales and then analysing and contrasting those sales to our property. The detail and analysing on the go was very impressive. She communicated regularly, stepping us through the process and keeping us up to date with the sale process plus potential external impacts such as COVID lockdowns. Penny was transparent to both vendor and buyer, both parties knowing where they stood. I believe this provided a good outcome for both. In summing up my experience, you couldn't go wrong engaging Penny from PRD Ballarat with her utmost professionalism, friendly nature, market knowledge, investment in the property/vendor/seller and finally her communication. Penny made this an easy and enjoyable process. Thank you Penny. Regards Stuart

I couldn’t recommend Damian high enough. His professional and knowledge with selling our house was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him- and we sold through a lockdown which was very stressful. Thank you!!

We were very nervous about selling our pride and joy but Catharina’s professionalism and efficiency helped to calm our nerves. We sold our house within 2 weeks of it hitting the market for more than we thought we could achieve with Catharina being very informative throughout the process We really felt like she was in our corner and I would not hesitate in entrusting her with the sale of my home again

Chris has been a fantastic agent throughout. We had come across Chris when we were keen on another property and although we were too late on that occasion we knew we could trust him from the word go so we were pleased that he was handling this sale. Trustworthy, great communicator and negotiated well when things got a bit tricky. We're grateful to him for his assistance through all of the trials and tribulations of house buying.
