Chris was extremely helpful when we purchased our land. He comes from the area so it was good to have someone that knew the area and was able to help us through the process of buying. We were very happy with his service throughout the process and highly recommend him to future buyers.

Chris goes above and beyond for his Vendors. We were selling our family home on behalf of my Dad who has moved into aged care. Aside from being able to offer a lot of information around market values and comparable sales, Chris also helped us to prepare the property for sale, assisting with odd jobs around the place and finding people that could help to get the work done. The advertising campaign drew a lot of interest and we had multiple buyers making offers on the property right from the beginning. We were very pleased with the eventual result and couldn't thank Chris enough for his efforts. I would highly recommend his services to any other prospective Vendor.

Penny was very helpful throughout the process of selling our block of land. Always kept us updated and was always reachable. Got an offer on land just after few days of putting the land on sale. Would definitely recommend Penny.

We found Chris to be a great to deal with and an excellent communicator, especially given we struck a couple of hurdles during the "Under Contract" period, but Chris was always positive and very supportive in assisting us to get the final sale outcome.

Tash was so helpful. Her personable nature and great listening skills earnt my trust and made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. She spent time getting to know what I was interested in and negotiated with the vendor to achieve a mutually agreeable price point. Thanks Tash!! Here's to Creswick and what the future holds.
