Right from start she has listened she has not pushed us in anyway but been supportive throughout the experience of buying our dream property. Tash has been the best real estate agent ever.

If I have to choose one thing about Tash it’s communication. Tash treats your sale like her own. If you are selling with anyone else you’re doing it wrong.

I had seen Chris Leonard in a few of his property sale videos & always thought he came across well. Dealing with him in person was no exception. He has always made himself available to us on relatively short notice & been very accommodating. He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or burden. CL is an all round good bloke, is transparent & was even great with the kids! His knowledge of the area & property was second-to-none. He was not arrogant or pushy in the slightest. Definitely someone my wife & I could have a beer with. Thanks Chris!

Although technically not the hardest sale Chris has made his knowledge and guidance through the entire process has been fantastic. Chris has an amazing connection with his clients both as purchasers and sellers and works tirelessly for all parties. At no stage did I feel stressed or pressured and I look forward to dealing with PRD Ballarat and Chris Leonard again in the future. A real estate agent that's completely genuine and cares for those involved. Thanks again Chris

Chris had great rural expertise is our area. Chris was dedicated to get the best results, he kept us informed daily of any progressions and sold our home within weeks. We liked most about Chris that he is professional but very friendly, honest and reliable and made our selling experience very easy.
