Catharina was a wonderful agent. She understood our requirements and worked hard on the campaign to sell the house. Catharina was very well researched on the current market trends and potential buyers. She was also a good listener and empathetic to our personal situation. I highly recommend Catharina

Having previously dealt with Tash, there was never any doubt that we would place our property in her hands once again. Tash is the ultimate professional who always has a smile and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. She has excellent local knowledge and often goes way beyond expectations to achieve the ultimate goal in keeping vendors and prospective buyers happy. Tash was always available to answer any questions we might’ve had and always with a friendly attitude. We don’t have any hesitation in recommending Tash as your ‘number one agent’.

Richard was very easy to work with and was very generous with his time and worked to our availability. While Richard offered his opinion, he wasn’t at all pushy and was happy to be guided by our decision making which was refreshing. We achieved a great result- thanks Richard.

Tash Martin was engaged to sell our property in Clunes at a time the market was in decline and properties in the area were slow to sell. Tash worked extremely hard to identify prospective buyers to consider the property with numerous open days and inspections by appointment. Throughout this period Tash kept us well informed with contact following every open day and inspection. Prospective buyers were followed up promptly. Tash worked particularly hard to finally close the sale providing timely answers to the ultimate buyer. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tash Martin as a very professional and knowledgeable agent.

Chris is a wonderful agent. He was understanding, professional, friendly and courteous at all times. He kept us informed and acted in our best interest. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Chris to anyone who is interested in either selling or buying a home. We will keep Chris in mind and he will be our first choice should we decide to sell or buy again in the future.
