Chris has a great understanding of the Ballarat City and surrounding Rural Areas. Chris being a Ballarat local, is a great advantage.

This is the second time I have dealt with Chris. The first time was to sell a property after my husband had passed away, and this time to buy a property with my partner. Chis has always been very helpful, professional and very caring of your needs and circumstances. We will also be looking at Chris to sell the property we are in currently.

Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure. We have purchased and sold a number of properties in our time and never have we had an experience as pleasant and easy as we did with Chris. He was by far the most efficient and professional agent we have used to date.

Catharina was professional, prompt and warm in her dealings with us. She made the very stressful experience and process of buying a home as stress free as possible. I loved that she was quick and very responsive to all our queries and was just a lovely person to deal with.

We found Chris to be a agent that cared for both the vendors and the purchasers. Vaughan and I felt at ease and he was honest and straight down the line. Just the way it should be so you know where you stand. A country heart with the knowledge of a well experienced agent. We are certainly glad that CL was the agent for our new house. A big thumbs up and would highly recommend Chris for any Real estate needs.

Even though Penny is fairly new to the experience of selling homes, we found her to be a very helpful and approachable agent. Penny was excellent with negotiations and from the start she ensured that all necessary details were provided with both the selling of our existing property and the purchase of our new property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Penny to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

I was lucky enough to have Catharina as my agent for a recent purchase and sale in Ballarat. Catharina listened to what I was after and acted upon those wishes and achieved the purchase and sale prices that I was happy with. She was extremely accommodating in allowing family to inspect the property that I was purchasing at various times. I was also very fortunate to sell my property within a week of it being on the market. Catharina continues to keep in contact ensuring everything is going well with the new property. Cannot recommend Catharina highly enough.
