Chris recently sold our property at 18 Log Cabin Lane Carngham. Chris did a fantastic job and the property was sold quickly and for a price we were very happy with. We found Chris to have a great deal of valuable knowledge about real estate and our local area. He was friendly, approachable and was always available to show potential buyers through our property, resulting in a large number of buyers coming out and seeing our property. We would highly recommend Chris and we will certainly be using his services next time we sell a property.

We have been using Chris Leonard for over 10 years to sell our properties. Chris Leonard is a testament to PRDnationwide. Chris recently sold another property for us in Gordon. Due to circumstances out of our hands, the settlement process was held up on our side. During this time Chris remained professional, calm, supportive, understanding and incredibly helpful. Chris is driven, dedicated and focused on providing the best result for the seller. We are extremely happy with the selling price achieved and his constant communication throughout the process. Thanks Chris!!

Chris was so helpful and informative when we bought our house and best of all - a great and reliable communicator. Everyone else we dealt with could take a leaf out of his book. We recommend any dealings with Chris, and not forgetting Kristy, at PRD Ballarat.

From the moment we contacted Chris at PRD to Value our home, List and Settlement, the journey has been so easy. Chris is a great communicator and listened to any concerns we had, worked with us, not pushy in any way. The Drone photography was spectacular and the team in the Office kept us informed of all offers , inquiries and viewing times. Highly recommend Chris and the team at PRD.

We chose PRD because they had sold so many properties in our area. We know why - Chris is fantastic! His knowledge of our area, professionalism and most importantly, accurate price quoting is why we sold in two weeks! We were rapt with the marketing campaign, using a combination of drone and professional photography fully captured the character of our property and brought many more prospective buyers through than we could have hoped for. Chris was accessible and approachable throughout, and did a brilliant job negotiating on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with the result, and completely attribute that to Chris and the team at PRD. Highly recommended!

We found Chris to be very fiend ly, keen, great knowledge of real estate and knew the region we were selling in. He was very confident and kept us well advised as to how the property was going. Kept contact through emails and calls as needed. He and his partner worked tirelessly to get the best results for my elderly mother. They understood our needs and did their utmost to stick to our requests. We are extremely happy with the results and even an early settlement too. We can't thank the Chris enough for the work he did and the great results of selling the house for the price we are extremely happy with. 🍾
